Alpine Golf & Sports Club |
Alpine Golf is one of the finest courses in Thailand. The course is extremely well maintained and features lightening fast greens and undulating fairways.
This picturesque golf course was created on rolling old paddy fields and the course is reminiscent of many courses in Thailand and even South Carolina.
This course was the venue for the Johnnie Walker Classic in years 2000 and 2004 which was won by Tiger Woods there is nothing more to be said to accentuate the class of this course.

This course is probably the most popular in the area owing to the fact that the management have continual improved the course, customer service since the mid 1990's. It is a short, but attractive course with lots of water, well maintained fairways and excellent greens and although it is located close to Bangkok centre it still has an rural feel to it.
Bangkok Golf Club’s 18 hole championship course is a challenge for allstandards and there are some world class holes here.
Their is an attractive 9 hole par 3 course which has been modelled on some of the most famous par 3's from around the World.

Green Valley Golf Club |
Green Valley Country Club Golf Course is situated in a beautiful countryside and benefits from the hundreds of trees and shrubs. There are some very difficult holes, including longish water carries on the opening holes of both sides. Fairways give many sloping lies and many of the greens are hidden behind huge mounds. The four par fives are all tough holes; the 11th and 18th particularly so, as water hazards line both sides of the fairway. Clever placement of bunkers and undulating greens add to the difficulties of this very exacting course. The clubhouse is opulent and dining here is expensive |
Krungthep Kreetha Golf Club |
This is a mature course which has been rebuilt by James Vaughn in 1994 has become one of the tightest courses in Thailand and is one you should not treat with abandon,
Give this course the respect it deserves or you may have a frustrating time.
Plenty of water and narrow fairways lined by tall trees, greens that are fast with subtle borrows all combine to make this course one to treat with kid gloves.
Close to the city therefore easily accessible.

Kiarti Thanee Golf Club |

Lum Luk Ka Golf & Country Club |
This 36 hole complex has the East and West courses, the East Course is much more demanding especially for those who do not hit a particularly long ball. It is a little further from the city and therefore is not so busy as a lot of the others.
The East Course is c much more relaxing and less demanding it is shorter and is an ideal course for the higher handicaps and it is worth a visit.
Greens and fairways compare with the best in Thailand.

Legacy Golf Club |
Great golf in Bangkok is epitomised by this Jack Nicklaus design, it has all the hallmarks of the gret designer with plenty of deep bunkers, spacious fairways and clever course design ensures tight approach shots on a lot of the holes. This is probably the most popular course in the area and is a must to play
Muang Kaew Golf Club |
Recently redesigned , Muang Kaew has evolved into a great golfing experience. The generous fairways ensure that it is not an intimidating course but a fair challenge. Many of the greens are raised and can be difficult tro hold, The more holes you play the more you are pleasantly surprised by this hugely attractive course.
Plenty of water and most holes are very different in nature. |
Muang Ake Golf Club |
Muang Ake Golf Club is another local favorite, conveniently located 10 minutes north of Don Muang International Airport. It is an 18 hole course that is an ideal course for higher handicaps with wide fairways and largequick greens. It is very flat and not too long. Opened in 1986, the course is extremely attractive, with lakes attarctivley woven in between the greens and fairways

Panya Indra Golf Club |

Close to the city so therefore very popular and rounds take 5 to 6 hours at times. This course is always in superb condition and its 27 holes are good without being memorable. Its a good test for all standards and is easily accessible

Pinehurst Golf & Country Club |
Pinehurst Golf & Country Clubis a 40 minute drive from the city and is one of the most famous courses in Thailand. The 27 hole - South (the Meadow), North (the Lake) and West (Forest) - Yoshihira Aihara designed course was host to the 1994 Thailand Open and the 1992 Johnnie Walker Classic International Tournaments. The layout is very similar to those in the US, with water hazards and mounds providing most of the challenge. As Pinehurst is a members-only club with a large Japanese contingent, maintenance is usually consistent. |
President Golf Club |
This course is a real challenge and good course management a must, miss the fairway and you are in the Bermuda rough, this tough grass will test your ball striking skills. There are lot of deep greenside bunkers to avoid and once on the green, which run fast and true, you have to ensure that you do not miss the subtle but significant borrows.
Designed by Robert Trent Jones Jnr, this 36 hole championship complex have all 4 nine holes with par 36 and all about 3000 yards length.

Subhapruek Golf Club |
This course epitomises all that is good about courses in Bangkok, great value for money and a cracking courses. A good test for all standard of golfer and the 18th hole is one of the most scenic holes in Thailand. A little way out from the city but well worth the trip

The Vintage Country Club |
Incorporating a glamorous clubhouse with swimming pools, tennis courts and a fitness center, the 18-hole Vintage Club is located in pleasant countryside about 30 minutes from central Bangkok and ten minutes off the Bang-na Trad 28 km junction at Bang Phli.
Although the course is rather flat, its greens, water hazards and fairways are well-placed and it is always in excellent condition, particularly on the par-five's, which are the course's most difficult holes.
Make sure you save a couple of your best shots for the 18th, a 385 yard par 4 that features a very tricky second shot into a long, narrow green that is bordered by water.
Summit Windmill Park Golf Club |
Nick Faldo's Summit Windmill has become a favourite of locals and tourists and just 30 minutes from the city, tee times are at a premium. Despite it's difficulty, it continues to remain an attraction for all types of players. The clubhouse is one of Thailand's most opulent and some of the houses in the surrounding estates could easily be mistaken for the clubhouse at most other courses. The course is one of Bangkok's most expensive, but when you see the facilities, you'll know why. The 1st and 18th Par 5's are equal to the best in Bangkok, the 1st, a long 624 yards even by today's standards and the 18th an exciting finishing hole that can provide some dramatic finishes to any amateur or professional foursome. |
