Castro Marim

The Atlantic Course, opened in June 2001, is the first of two courses to be built at Castro Marim, located near the Spanish border. Castro Marim offers breathtaking views to the mountains, the Atlantic Ocean and the River Guadiana. Course designer Terry Murrey has built the Atlantic Course on attractive rolling terrain with pines and a variety of other tree species, making good use of the natural surroundings. Lakes and bunkers along with trees in the centre of the fairways are challenging also the low handicappers.
