Golf in Malaga
Golf courses near Malaga are profuse and diverse in fact there are almost 60 golf courses within one and half hours drive some of which are world class; albeit a three hour round trip is a lot of wasted time especially if you are on a two or three day break because time becomes precious. However there are some great Malaga golf courses that are within easy and also easy on the pocket and enough of these to ensure that your Malaga golf holidays will have variation as well as quality at a reasonable cost.
The golf courses in Malaga most convenient to the city are Parador, Lauro and Guadalhorce, these three golf courses have been very popular for many years mainly due to both their quality and price and are within 10 miles.
Malaga golf also includes Baveira and Anoreta, 12miles and 20 miles distant respectively; these golf courses are on the east side of Malaga City and therefore not often frequented by the Costa del Golf holiday hoards because from most of the Costa del golf resorts they are out of reach; they both offer fantastic value and a great golfing experience that will enhance any Spanish golf holiday.
Golf in Malaga City also includes the very famous Torrequebrada, any golf holiday in Malaga must include this gem, although a little more expensive it is well worth the experience.
Within 30 miles there are another twelve courses all of which offer great value and these include: Alhaurin, Mijas Golf, Santana, El Chaparral, La Cala Resort, Miraflores, Calanova, Cabopino and Santa Maria.
There are a range of golf courses near Malaga that will ensure that you are spoilt for choice and importantly these Costa del Sol golf courses will not break the bank so a true taste of Spanish culture, great nightlife will be on the agenda when you take Malaga golf holidays
