Golf in Alvor

The narrow streets of Alvor are reminiscent of a bygone age that you feel you can almost touch, you can feel the presence of the simple life of the fishermen of old and the atmosphere seems to weigh heavy with nostalgia.

The beach of Alvor is a short walk from the town but is magnificent and seems to be endless and is one of the best beaches in the Algarve.

The golf courses in this region are all of a high standard and more importantly, easy on the pocket. Morgado and Dos Alamos are within ten minutes and Palmares, Pinta, Silves and Boa Vista are within twenty minutes  drive.
