The centre of Funchal is just 5 minutes by bus, a complimentary service that several times a day will drive you from the Hotel to the Marina in Funchal and back. Excludes Sundays and bank holidays.

The outdoor swimming pool at the Hotel Dorisol Buganvilia is located in a calm area with a wooden deck surrounding it. The second outdoor pool with bar service, a splash pool for children as well as a children's playground is located by the Dorisol Estrelícia Hotel
The complex offers a fully equipped gym, an indoor pool with sauna and jacuzzi, a tennis court, games room with pool table, darts and table tennis.
The hotel also has a daily entertainment programme, offering activities during the day as well as for the evening.

There are plenty of options to choose from; different international and regional specialties, served à la carte or buffet that will certainly allow you to try new tastes or find what you are used to back home.
Breakfast at the Hotel Dorisol Buganvília is buffet style with assorted cold and hot options at the Mermaid Restaurant from 7:30 am to 10 am. This is a spacious restaurant with excellent service where international cuisine is also served for guests with half or full board.
The Fora d'Oras Restaurant and Bar is a chic restaurant for a romantic lunch or dinner as well as a hip bar open until 2 am
Those of you missing delicious Scandinavian treats will be delightfully surprised at the Restaurant Little Mermaid a lovely restaurant à la carte open for dinner from 6 pm to 11 pm.
For an evening cocktail before or after dinner, the Mermaid Bar is open 6 pm to 10 pm located by the Restaurant on the Ground Floor

The Terrace Bar is located by the swimming pool in the Dorisol Estrelícia and Dorisol Mimosa Hotels serving refreshments, snacks and all types of drinks by the terrace or indoors. It opens from 10 am to 6 pm in the winter months and until 7 pm during the summer.
The Piano Bar is a spacious and comfortable bar located by the lobby of the Dorisol Estrelícia and Dorisol Mimosa Hotels where most of the evening entertainment takes place with Tropical shows, Charleston, Belly Dance and many others starting 9:30 pm every night. Surely you don't want to miss it!
The bar is open from 6 pm to midnight also offering a happy hour, teatime service, champagne party...
